掀去恐懼的簾幕
(Pull Back the Curtain of Fear)
一旦開始探索上帝在你生命裡預存的潛力，你所發現的會讓你感到驚奇。有位80歲的老先生在生日時挑戰跳傘或同等級的大膽活動，讀到這篇報導總是讓我覺得震撼。從我們的角度看嘆為觀止，但這位先生可不是一朝醒來突然決定要從飛機上一躍而下，他這一生肯定是不斷的擴張自己去嚐試新奇的事物。
你打算用什麼樣的事物來擴張自己呢？我鼓勵你：不要只是坐著不動和等待事情發生。不要讓恐懼的簾幕遮住了你心裡所想望的。
一位剛離婚、身無分文、懼怕走進公眾場所，同時還必需撫養兩個青少年兒子的女子，在經歷生命中幾樁悲劇事件之後，她患了嚴重的廣場恐慌症，害怕到甚至無法走出家門。她向內心深處探求可以供養自己和兩個兒子的方法。
管理好自己的身子（Take Care of Yourself）
“For God has bought you with a great price. So use every part of your body to give glory back to God because he owns it.”(1 Corinthians 6:20, TLB)
「因為你們是重價買來的，所以，要在你們的身子上榮耀神，這身子就是神的殿。」（哥林多前書6:20)
There is no doubt that being in shape spiritually is the most important kind of fitness. But being in shape physically is very important as well. Some people know the Bible well — they pray often and they know what to do, but they don’t have the physical energy to do anything at all. All three parts of your being — physical, emotional and spiritual — should be healthy and in sync for you to function most productively. Your body is the temple of the most high God, and you must honor Him with the care you take of it. Seek a balance, and try to be healthy and God-honoring in every part of life.
毫無疑問的，屬靈狀態得宜是最重要的一種操練，但保持良好體態一樣重要。許多人熟知聖經－他們常常禱告，也知道該怎麼做，但就是沒有體力去做任何事情。存在的三種狀態－體、魂、靈－都需要健康，才能同步使你穩行在最佳狀態。你的身子是至高神的殿，你必需管理好身子來榮耀神。尋求平衡，試著保持健康，在生命的每個狀態都榮耀神。
跳過牆垣（Jump Over that Wall）
“For by you I can run against a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall.”(Psalm 18:29, ESV)
「我藉著祢衝入敵軍，藉著我的神跳過牆垣。」（詩篇18:29）
The great heroes of the Bible impress us with their strength of their confidence and depth of their faith. And as God’s Word tells us, you can do the same great things they did, because you have the same God in you! King David was supremely confident in God — firm in the knowledge God would give him the strength to overcome his obstacles. Philippians 4:13 says you can accomplish anything through the power of Christ in your heart.
聖經中的信心偉人令我們印象深刻的是他們強而有力的信心和深度的相信。神的話語告訴我們，我們可以成就和他們一樣偉大的事情，因為在我們裡面的是一樣的神！大衛王對神超有信心的－堅定相信神必賜他力量超越攔阻。腓立比書4章13節記著：我靠著那加給我力量的（在我裡面的基督大能），凡事都能做。
管住你的嘴巴（Guard Your Mouth）
“He who guards his mouth keeps his life, but he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.”(Proverbs 13:3, AMP)
「謹守口的，得保生命；大張嘴的，必致敗亡。」（箴言13:3）
We’ve all said things we wish we could take back. Maybe you weren’t literally in a life or death situation, but I believe every word we speak has power. Our words determine the direction of our lives. The Bible tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue. There’s no neutral ground. We are either sowing seeds of life and productivity with our words, or we are sowing seeds of ruin and destruction with our words. Today is a good day to take inventory of your words and make the decision to sow only good seeds with your words.
我們常常脫口說了我們希望能夠收回的話，也許在言語上不是處於生死一瞬間的景況中，但我相信我們所說的每一句話都帶有能力。我們的話語決定了我們生命的方向。我們或是用話語播種生命與生產力，或是撒下了敗壞與毁滅的種籽。今天就是清查你的話語和決定只用話語撒下好種的好日子。
向前行的人生（Keep Going）
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”(Isaiah 40:31, KJV)
「但那等候耶和華的必從新得力。他們必如鷹展翅上騰；他們奔跑卻不困倦，行走卻不疲乏。」（以賽亞書40:31)
Christ doesn’t want you to settle for mediocrity in any area of your life! His plan is for you to be victorious and filled with joy each day. No matter what has happened to you in the past, God wants you to pick yourself up and keep going on the path that leads to victory. The Bible says that if you will look to God, He will renew your strength and help you soar like an eagle. That’s an amazing promise from an amazing God! Keep pushing ahead even through the tough times, and you’ll be blessed.
無論在你生命中的那一個領域，基督都不希望你安於平庸！祂為你定規的計劃是要你得勝、天天充滿喜樂。無論過去發生了什麼事，神希望你整理好自己，繼續往得勝的道路前進。經上記著：如果你仰望神，祂會使你從新得力，使你如鷹展翅上騰。這是來自奇妙上帝令人驚嘆的應許！即使身處困境依然努力向前行，你就會蒙福。
顧念所不見的（Seeing What Is Unseen）
“We do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”(2 Corinthians 4:18, NKJV)
「原來我們不是顧念所見的，乃是顧念所不見的；因為所見的是暫時的，所不見的是永遠的。」（哥林多前書4:18 )
God wants you to focus on the good things He has for you, which are far greater than the things you can see around you. Unfortunately, too many people give up when they face tough times. They stop expecting anything good to happen. But the truth is, hardships and trials are really opportunities for you to go higher. Whatever struggles you’re going through right now, no matter how large or small...they are subject to change.
神要你專注在祂為你所預備的美好事物上，這些遠遠超過你眼界所能看見的。不幸的是，有太多的人在面對困境時輕易放棄。他們不再期待好事發生。但真相是，艱難和試煉其實都是幫助你向上提升的機會。無論你現在經歷的掙扎為何，無論是大還是小，一切都會轉變。
去做就是了 (Just Do It!)
“Be strong and courageous and do it. Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed, for the Lord God, even my God, is with you. He will not leave you or forsake you, until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.”
(I Chronicles 28:20, ESV)
「你當剛強壯膽去行！不要懼怕，也不要驚惶。因為耶和華 神就是我的 神，與你同在；他必不撇下你，也不丟棄你，直到耶和華殿的工作都完畢了。」（歷代志28:20）
Fear not. That is the message David had for his son, Solomon. For many years, David wanted to build a temple for the Lord. But God told Him that specific job belonged to his son, Solomon. Solomon was young and inexperienced, and even though he knew he had a mandate from God, he was intimidated by the prospect of building a great house of worship, one that would be a dwelling place for the Most High. You can probably understand his apprehension.
堅定不移的信心

「耶和華說：我以永遠的愛愛你，因此我以慈愛吸引你。我要再建立你，你就被建立；你必再以擊鼓為美，與歡樂的人一同跳舞而出。」（耶利米書31:3-4）
重建生命，舞動人生，神美好的應許刻進我的心版裡…..

改變，為了遇見更美好的自己

你可曾想過，神定意捏塑每一個祂所創造的生命都成為明亮的晨星……
睡到日上三竿才起床，又從厭惡自己的心情開始了今天。兒子曾說：賴床晚起時就會覺得自己又浪費了好幾個鐘頭的生命。我也有同感，卻老是在惡性循環中缺乏毅力改變自己，改變不了就又開始討厭這樣的自己。
