管住你的嘴巴（Guard Your Mouth）

“He who guards his mouth keeps his life, but he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.”(Proverbs 13:3, AMP)

「謹守口的，得保生命；大張嘴的，必致敗亡。」（箴言13:3）

We’ve all said things we wish we could take back. Maybe you weren’t literally in a life or death situation, but I believe every word we speak has power. Our words determine the direction of our lives. The Bible tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue. There’s no neutral ground. We are either sowing seeds of life and productivity with our words, or we are sowing seeds of ruin and destruction with our words. Today is a good day to take inventory of your words and make the decision to sow only good seeds with your words.

我們常常脫口說了我們希望能夠收回的話，也許在言語上不是處於生死一瞬間的景況中，但我相信我們所說的每一句話都帶有能力。我們的話語決定了我們生命的方向。我們或是用話語播種生命與生產力，或是撒下了敗壞與毁滅的種籽。今天就是清查你的話語和決定只用話語撒下好種的好日子。

Sow seeds of life by speaking God’s Word over your own life and the lives of those around you. Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you to consider every word before you say it. Make the decision today that your words will bring glory to Lord. As you guard your mouth, you will “keep” your life. You’ll see increase in every area and enjoy the blessing the Lord has in store for you!

引用神的話語，在你及你週遭朋友的生活中撒下生命的種籽。請求聖靈引領你經過大腦思考之後再發言。今天就下定決心用你的話語榮耀天父。當你謹守你的口，就能＂保住＂生命。你將看見在各個領域中都有所增長，同時享受神為你存留的福份！

Heavenly Father, I submit this day to You. I give You my every thought, word and action. Help me, Holy Spirit, to live a life pleasing to the Father in every way. Help me speak words of blessing to edify those around me today. In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.

禱告：天父，我獻上今天給祢。我的每個想法、話語和行為都交託給祢。聖靈，請幫助我過完全討神喜悅的生活，幫助我口出祝福造就今天在我身邊的人。奉耶穌的名。阿們。
